Hams and Gammons
A selection of tasty Hams and Gammons. When ordering please be aware that Hams are all ready cooked and Gammons are uncooked.
The range consists of Black (cured using Black Treacle), Un-smoked and Smoked.
Gammon is cured pork from the hind legs of the pig, after curing can also be smoked to give a more intense flavour, or cured with tracle (Black). It is available Bone-In (In 3.5kg or 7kg sizes)or Boneless ( 1 - 4kg)
Ham is a cooked Gammon, and can also be smoked, or black (cured in treacle). It is available Bone-In (In 3.5kg or 7kg sizes)or Boneless ( 1 - 4kg)
