Hams and Gammons
A selection of tasty Hams and Gammons. When ordering please be aware that Hams are already cooked, and Gammons are Uncooked.
The range consists of Black (cured using Black Treacle), Un-smoked and Smoked.
Gammon is cured pork from the hind legs of the pig, after curing can also be smoked to give a more intense flavour, or cured with tracle (Black). It is available Bone-In (In 3kg or 6kg sizes)or Boneless ( 1 - 4kg)
Ham is a cooked Gammon, and can also be smoked, or black (cured in treacle). It is available Bone-In (In 3.5kg or 7kg sizes)or Boneless ( 1 - 4kg)
